CCM crystallizer aggregat
The CCM crystallizer aggregat is the key part of the continuous casting machine.
Composition of CCM crystallizer aggregate
The crystallizer assembly of square billet and rectangular billet is mainly composed of the following parts: crystallizer copper tube, outer water jacket, guide water jacket, upper and lower sealing flanges, various sealing rings, foot roller device, foot roller area spray device. The core part is the crystallizer copper tube, and other parts are assembled around the copper tube.
The crystallizer assembly should have the following characteristics: simple structure, easy disassembly and adjustment, easy processing and manufacturing; good structural rigidity, and light weight, so as to have less inertia force during vibration.
The structural performance of the crystallizer directly affects the production and quality of continuous casting billets. All enterprises are actively exploring according to the actual use of their own continuous casting machines, and meet the continuous casting production needs by optimizing the structure of each component of the crystallizer assembly.
The square billet and rectangular billet crystallizer assembly generally reserves a position for installing an electromagnetic stirring device and a liquid level automatic control device.
Round billet crystallizer assembly
The round billet crystallizer assembly is mainly composed of the following parts: crystallizer copper tube, outer water jacket, guide water jacket, upper and lower sealing flanges, various sealing rings, foot roller device, foot roller area spray device. Like square billets and rectangular billets, the core component of the round billet crystallizer assembly is the crystallizer copper tube, and other components are assembled around the copper tube. The key to the assembly of the round billet crystallizer assembly is to prevent the copper tube from rotating and to ensure that the copper tube is correctly positioned along the inner and outer arc directions. The crystallizer assembly should be subjected to a water pressure penetration test with a test pressure of 1.2-1.5 times the working pressure, maintained for 30 minutes, and no leakage is allowed.
