The working principle of heat treatment furnace:
The heat treatment furnace adopts the principles of convection and radiation heating. The workpiece is placed into the furnace. When the gas passes through the burner mouth, heat is released into the furnace, so that the furnace body and the workpiece are heated. The flame ejected from the burner mouth or the electric heating element conducts convection transfer to the workpiece. Heat or thermal radiation achieves heating of the workpiece.
