- How it works
The working principle of the impact crusher is simply the principle of stone hitting stone. The stones collide with the stones accelerated by the impeller during the natural fall, so as to achieve the purpose of crushing. When the accelerated stones collide with the naturally falling stones, a vortex is formed, and they are crushed twice during the return process, so there is little wear on the impact plate of the machine during operation.
The stones fall directly from the upper part of the machine into the high-speed rotating turntable. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, they collide with the target stones that are diverted around the turntable in an umbrella-shaped manner at high speed and crushed at high density. After hitting each other, the stones will form a vortex motion between the turntable and the casing, causing multiple mutual impacts, friction, and crushing, and then be discharged directly from the bottom. A closed-loop multiple cycle is formed, and the required particle size is controlled by the screening equipment.
