Under normal circumstances, the load-bearing capacity is its own weight and slag weight. The load increases sharply when steel breaks out. Once the can is stuck, it needs to be hit with a heavy hammer to cause cracks. Because the slag tank is mostly used under severe alternating hot and cold conditions, the environment is harsh, the heating is variable, the number of uses, and the volume of the slag tank increase the difficulty of casting, so the quality requirements for it are relatively high.
The production process flow of slag pot:
1. During production, large-scale casting processing manufacturers will repeatedly review and design their processes based on their working principles, and then distribute them to casting workshops.
